Cashifyd for property buyers:, Cashifyd allows buyers to view proposals from local real estate agents who are willing to rebate a portion of their commission back to the buyer for selecting to work with them on their transaction. Cashifyd for property sellers: Cashifyd allows sellers to set the commission they’d be willing to pay an agent, and then compare proposals from local real estate agents who are willing to offer a reduction in their commission in return for the seller selecting to work with them on their transaction.
